Our artisanal 73% chocolate tablet is the result of aging 2020 cocoa mass with a special Rum for one year. It maintains a 73% that highlights the best of this cocoa and a fabulous Rum. This cocoa is from the Pan de Azucar hamlet and the Porvenir farm. Very well fermented and dried cocoa beans, with a gentle roasting that highlights the flavors of this land full of history, where we find pictograms of our Chitarero Indigenous people. It won a Platinum recognition at the International Chocolate Awards in 2023.
