Cacao sacks
Cacao from our farms in Norte de Santander, in a cloth sack of 1, 2 or 3 kg. Dried beans for roasting at home, roasted beans, nibs and cocoa powder.
Each sack is labeled with its lot, its farm and its harvest, and carries the technical sheet inside: origin, fermentation, roasting curve and cut tests. Made for those who make their own chocolate and want to repeat a result, not guess it.
