What makes it different
It is made with the best harvests of the year, the ones we set aside as soon as we taste them. When it runs out, it is not made the same way again: next year's will be a different bar with the same name.

What it tastes like
It depends on the year. That is the point. Always high bitterness, but the profile is set by the harvest it came from.
