How to use them
On top of yogurt, oatmeal or ice cream. In cookies and baking, where they replace chocolate chips without adding sweetness. In coffee, as an infusion, or just by the handful.

What they taste like
Bitter and roasted, with fruity acidity and an almond finish. They crunch and do not melt in the mouth like chocolate.

Where they come from
From the same bean as our bars, grown on our farms in Norte de Santander. Roasted and winnowed at our workshop in Cúcuta.
