Cacao nibs from our farms in Norte de Santander, roasted and winnowed at our workshop in Cúcuta. No sugar or additives. For baking, toppings, infusions or grinding your own chocolate.

Each sack is labeled with its lot, its farm and its harvest, and carries the technical sheet inside: origin, fermentation and roasting curve. If you work with cacao, it is the difference between repeating a result and guessing.
